Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you book with Wrenfield Home Care.
This is a starting template, prepared for Wrenfield Home Care and filled in with the business's own details. It is not final and is not legal advice. It should be reviewed end to end by Wrenfield Home Care's legal counsel, and amended to match how the business actually operates, before it is relied on.
Who you are dealing with
This website is operated by Wrenfield Home Care, trading as Wrenfield Home Care, of Austin, TX. To contact us, email hello@wrenfield.example.com or call (512) 555-0147. By using this website or booking a service you agree to these terms.
Quotes and prices
Prices shown on this website are estimates for a typical home of the size and condition described. An estimate is not a quote. The price of a visit is set by Wrenfield Home Care's own pricing terms and agreed with you when you book.
Booking, rescheduling and cancelling
A request sent through a form on this website is not a confirmed booking until Wrenfield Home Care confirms it. How to reschedule or cancel a visit, and any charge for a late change or for a visit that cannot go ahead because of access, are set by Wrenfield Home Care's own cancellation policy, as agreed with you when you book.
If a service runs on a repeating schedule, it continues at the agreed frequency until you tell us to stop. You can stop a repeating schedule by phone or email, using the details at the top of this page.
Getting in and getting on
We need safe access at the agreed time, working power and water, and somewhere to park within reasonable reach. Please tell us in advance about anything fragile, valuable or sentimental, about pets, and about anything in the home that needs special handling. We may decline work that is unsafe, or that is beyond what was quoted, and we will explain why.
If something is not right
Tell us by phone or email, as soon as you can, while the details are still fresh. How a complaint is handled, and any time limit for raising one, are set by Wrenfield Home Care's own service policy.
Damage
If you think something was damaged during a visit, tell us as soon as you can, so it can be seen while the facts are fresh. How a damage claim is handled is set by Wrenfield Home Care's own policy. Normal wear, an existing fault, or a failure of something already damaged or improperly fitted is not something we can take responsibility for.
Payment
Payment is due as set out on your invoice. We may suspend further visits while an invoice is materially overdue.
The limits of what we promise
We will carry out the work with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any one visit is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — and your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected by anything written here.
This website
The content, images and branding on this site belong to Wrenfield Home Care or are used under licence. Please do not copy them. We try to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is — see our Accessibility Statement for how to reach us if any part of it is hard for you to use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of TX, and the courts of TX have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before going anywhere near a court, please call us — nearly everything is quicker to fix by talking.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here when you book is the one that applies to that booking.
